FM Conway has previously worked with NCS Technology to install structured cabling, AV and NCST Technician Service.

Once FM Conway knew NCS Technology were approved Avigilon installers it made sense for an existing, well trusted and established partner to assist where other IP CCTV services were required.  NCS Technology was chosen due to competitive pricing, good knowledge of available products on the market as well as being a well-established and trusted partner.  NCS Technology was able to deliver an End-to-End solution aided with knowledge learnt about our network setup from NCS Technology technician service. 8 X Avigilon HD Video appliances with 87 Cameras at the present time.

Benefits

FM Conway now has one application and can access 87 cameras across 8 sites from one logon screen. The IP CCTV systems are now maintained and upgraded by one company which means much it is much easier for them to manage and saves a lot of time.

Their IP CCTV systems are no longer isolated, standalone devices and are now integrated into their WAN and the corporate network. Systems are easily accessible remotely from their head office from a single application and logon.

FM Conway find the new system much easier to use and the picture quality is a vast improvement over previous systems, they plan to roll out the system to other sites
