Health and safety in the workplace is something that the team at NCS Technology have always considered vital. Keeping our employees, and the people that they are working around, safe means that we can maintain our trusted reputation.
With that in mind, we sent 8 of our team members on a Level 3 First Aid at Work course. We didn’t just focus on our engineers, but also sent members of our office team along.
We believe that health and safety should also incorporate mental health. Being able to spot the signs of a mental health crisis could potentially save lives. So, we sent 15 staff members to train at Maidstone and Mid-Kent Mind to train in mental health awareness.
